WAP Zone WAP
Zone is our kids club for school years 1-6. We meet on a Friday eve at 5:30-6:45. Join us for fun and games, stories and dramas, funky music, competitions and prizes. In 2002, at a children’s ministry conference, God gave Becca Churchman a clear vision of setting up a weekly outreach children’s club at TWCF. Within six months a trial summer holiday club took place called ‘Creativator’. This was very successful and gave the team confidence to set up a weekly club. A year later in 2003 WAPZONE (which stands for worship and praise) came off the ground. We now have around twenty-five kids each week and every child is put into a team with an adult team leader. There they learn about God in a fun and relevant way through dramas, stories, songs, games, testimonies, creative prayer and crafts. The WAP Zone team join with other children’s work in the wider town church. Contact: Links: |
