The Eldership team function in a servant leadership role for the whole church: prayerfully discharging their pastoral responsibility in leading and caring for the people of the church, upholding and the doctrine,vision and values of the church and ensuring the resources of the church are used to further the purpose and mission of the church.  

Alica Japos - Youth Pastor - Alica (with her husband Dominic) leads our youth ministry  for ages 11-18, with a special focus on discipleship.  She and Dominic also use their gifting in many areas of church life and ministry.

Liz Styles - Community Pastor - Liz brings leadership to the community ministries of TWCF and helps the whole church engage meaningfully and practically with the wider community of Tunbridge Wells. 

Joy Greenaway - Church Administrator -  If you contact the Centre during the week you are likely to speak to Joy (our amazing administrator).

Stuart Mayho - Pastor - Stuart is the pastor of TWCF and leads the Eldership team.  Stuart and his wife Judith have two sons, Jacob and Nathanael.

These vital groups have been established to encourage and enable connection and transformation. Providing an opportunity for great relationships to grow and develop in a smaller and more intimate setting than is possible in our larger Sunday meetings, each group encourages people to connect together and provides a supportive and nurturing environment.  Equally significantly, each group expects, encourages and promotes the transformation of our lives as we discover more of God's plan and purpose for us.  Each group is different, though each includes elements of Bible based discussion & application, ministry, prayer, spiritual gifts,  fun, relaxing together, social events and pastoral care.

We currently have groups on Tuesday mornings, Tuesday evenings, Wednesday afternoons &  Wednesday evenings.
